i: By using a credit card.
If you have a MasterCard, VISA, etc. credit card, you can use it safely through our order form. The credit card payment process is covered by the most modern security standards on ALPHA BANK’s secure server with 128-bit encryption – the maximum available today.
ii: By depositing Money into a bank account.
You complete your order with the bank deposit option and as soon as you deposit the money you send us an informative email.
iii: Cash on delivery.
The payment of the order is made simultaneously with its receipt.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays.
BANK WIRE TRANSFERS MUST GO THROUGH WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE ORDER. If no payment has been notified to the company within that time period, the company reserves the right to proceed with the cancellation of the order.
Shipping & Returns
We pride ourselves on the high quality products we offer and hope you will be completely satisfied with your order. When you receive your order, please check it carefully to make sure all the pieces meet your expectations. Nevertheless, in case you detect a problem or for some reason our product is not what you ordered (as pictured and described on our page), please contact us as soon as possible, and in any case within 15 days, at tel. 2160701599 or by sending an e-mail to sales@sevensins-fashion.com so that we can immediately replace the faulty code or codes at our expense.
In order to proceed with the refund, please fill in the necessary information, iban, bank name and beneficiary name in the relevant fields of the refund form. The process is completed within 20 working days from the date we receive your return.
We are generally quite fast in executing orders, which are usually done the next business day after the order is placed. All products in our e-shop are available and ready for immediate shipment. From the moment we ship the order – within Greece – expect it to reach you in 1-3 days depending on the transport company (Geniki Taxydromiki) and your region.
It is possible to modify or cancel your order by contacting us by phone at 2160701599 or by emailing us at sales@sevensins-fashion.com, in any case no later than 12pm on the next working day from this entry of your order.
For purchases greater than 30 euros, shipping costs are free in Greece. Otherwise, shipping costs amount to 5 euros.
For our shipments, we cooperate with the courier company “Geniki Taxydromiki”. Please note that we cannot commit to the exact time of day the courier will deliver your order.
